I've never had the honor of doing an adv...Hey! I've never had the honor of doing an adventure course, but they sound like a blast. You pulled a glute? I've never had that experience. Do you have problems walking, sitting, and doing pretty much anything that requires moving? Kudos to you for doing all of those marathons. I've done two, and I plan to leave it that way. I also paralleled your 15 and 1 strategy in my second marathon, but for me it was more 15 - run, 5 - walk uphill, stop for 15 minutes, run the rest. You are the better man :) Keep posting.
